Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 3+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Glovia OM a plus)

• Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes

• knowledge of OM architecture and functionality

• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
