Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead who will be responsible for the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, including development, code review, unit testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality implementations across modules and applications.
Expertise & Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce implementation and development.
- Salesforce DEV401 or ADM 201 certification; Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Controllers, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce APIs, IDEs, and migration tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and object-oriented languages such as Java or C#.
- Good understanding of data management, RDBMS technologies, SQL, and SOA design principles.
- Experience with SOAP/REST web services and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Outbound Messaging is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project and technical discussions.
- Contribute to improving functional and technical specifications for usability and implementation.
- Analyze requirements and program logic to ensure clarity and feasibility.
- Develop high-quality code aligned with design, performance, and security standards.
- Complete development activities as per project plans and timelines.
- Work closely with customers when required and provide prompt technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects.
- Conduct unit testing to ensure alignment with software specifications.
- Identify and fix implementation issues during development, integration, or review stages.
- Maintain clear and structured code documentation.
- Develop user and technical documentation where required.
- Continuously enhance technical skills on relevant Salesforce technologies.
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5–6 Salesforce certifications required.
- Must include at least one Architect-level certification.
