About the Role

Seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize advanced dashboards and reports. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI tools, DAX, and Power Query, with the ability to translate business requirements into insightful visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and deploy scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
2. Use Power BI Desktop, Report Builder, and Apps for end-to-end BI solutions.
3. Apply advanced DAX and Power Query for data modeling and calculations.
4. Ensure performance and usability through best practices in BI design.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
6. Support production issues and implement enhancements as needed.

Required Skills

1. 8+ years in reporting, BI, or data visualization.
2. 5+ years hands-on with Power BI Desktop, Report Builder, and Apps.
3. Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and dimensional modeling.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with paginated reports in Power BI Report Builder.
2. Exposure to Power Automate or other Power Platform tools.
3. Knowledge of data security, row-level security (RLS), and workspace management.
