Roles and Responsibilities:

● 4 – 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Presales / Ecommerce (Magento / Adobe Commerce preferred).

● Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce).

● Excellent documentation skills – BRD, FRS, WBS, SOW, Wireframes, Estimation reports, PPTs.

● Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).

● Experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, PoC demonstrations and client-facing presentations.
