Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of basic computer software, proficient in Excel, Word, and creating reports (Graphs/Charts).
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Editing skills.
4. Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude, to clearly articulate the resolution
5. Responsible for ensuring Process documentation is maintained in an updated fashion at all times
6. Responsible for Endorsement Processing
7. Build domain expertise across processes supported
8. Ability to work independently.

Minimum Qualification:

1. Any Graduate except technical
2. Meaningful work experience
3. Should have wing-to-wing knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle. Must demonstrate and further customer focus, partnership, accountability, initiative, and innovation.
4. Proficient in the English language- both written and oral.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Any Graduate can apply.
2. Good knowledge of MS Office
3. Basic knowledge of the insurance business
