Mandatory Requirement (for non-Ahmedabad candidates only):

For Training: Candidates residing outside Ahmedabad must be willing to relocate/visit Ahmedabad for the initial 3 months for product understanding and training.

Post-Training: Work From Home (WFH) arrangement will continue after successful completion of the training period.

Candidates based in Ahmedabad are required to work from the office (WFO).

Roles & Responsibilities -

Basic knowledge of computer applications.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word; ability to create reports, graphs, and charts.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to edit and review content accurately.

Good understanding skills with a customer-focused approach to clearly explain solutions.

Ensure all process documents are regularly updated.

Handle endorsement processing efficiently.

Develop good knowledge of the processes and domain.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Open to candidates with any graduate degree.
