Certifications Required Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification in Excel
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and validation tasks using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness of mortgage-related information.
- Oversee the processing of mortgage applications ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
- Provide support to the customer service team by addressing inquiries related to mortgage processes.
- Assist in the appraisal and valuation functions of mortgage loans ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and summaries using MS Excel to provide insights into process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on the status of mortgage applications.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline mortgage processing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all aspects of the job.
