Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of IT products (printers, workstations, servers, and related equipment).
• Identify and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing and terms.
• Maintain and manage inventory records efficiently.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchase requirements.
• Track orders and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT procurement.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and vendors.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR.
• Must own a bike and have a valid Driving License (DL).
