About Company: An American Product based Multinational company with the valuation of more than 100cr.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Manager(s) to prioritize Features in backlog
• Develop Feature descriptions and translate these into stories for sprints
• Actively engage with Developers in sprints, ensuring stories effectively translated into developed product
• Actively engage with QA to ensure proper test coverage of stories
• Embedded in development sprint teams

Work shift: 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Skills Required:

• Proven experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and product performance to inform strategic decisions
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other product management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
