Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build user-centric products leveraging customer insights and feedback.
- Assess business requirements and define scope through stakeholder collaboration.
- Conceptualize scalable, configurable, and adaptable product solutions.
- Document requirements into user stories, workflows, and process/data flow diagrams.
- Define and prioritize product features while managing the product backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, operations) to release products.
- Actively participate in onboarding, client demos, training, and product testing.
- Must-have Skills: Experience in BFSI domain (Banking/Financial Services) with hands-on exposure to tools like JIRA and proficiency in MS Office.
