Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build user-centric products leveraging customer insights and feedback.
2. Assess business requirements and define scope through stakeholder collaboration.
3. Conceptualize scalable, configurable, and adaptable product solutions.
4. Document requirements into user stories, workflows, and process/data flow diagrams.
5. Define and prioritize product features while managing the product backlog.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, operations) to release products.
7. Actively participate in onboarding, client demos, training, and product testing.
8. Must-have Skills: Experience in BFSI domain (Banking/Financial Services) with hands-on exposure to tools like JIRA and proficiency in MS Office.
