- Lead onboarding and training sessions to familiarize new joiners with company systems and services.
- Develop and regularly update training guides and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new features and updates.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training and offer continued assistance.
- Foster knowledge sharing and skill enhancement within the team.
