𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

1. Lead onboarding and training sessions to familiarize new joiners with company systems and services.
2. Develop and regularly update training guides and documentation.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new features and updates.
4. Monitor the effectiveness of training and offer continued assistance.
5. Foster knowledge sharing and skill enhancement within the team.

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:

1. Open to female candidates only
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in training, support, or similar roles is preferred
3. Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are welcome
4. Must be comfortable using MS Office and basic digital platforms
5. Should have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn proactively
