Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs and create customized programs for employees at all levels.
- Deliver engaging e-learning sessions on technical, soft skills, and compliance topics.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals and skill gaps.
- Create easy-to-understand training materials, presentations, and AI-based videos with voiceover.
- Conduct training sessions for domestic & international partners on product features and functionalities.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) – content upload, tracking, reporting, and updates.
- Continuously improve training delivery methods based on feedback and best practices.
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
- Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom/Microsoft Teams and experience with LMS/e-learning tools.
