Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assess training needs and create customized programs for employees at all levels.
  2. Deliver engaging e-learning sessions on technical, soft skills, and compliance topics.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals and skill gaps.
  4. Create easy-to-understand training materials, presentations, and AI-based videos with voiceover.
  5. Conduct training sessions for domestic & international partners on product features and functionalities.
  6. Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) – content upload, tracking, reporting, and updates.
  7. Continuously improve training delivery methods based on feedback and best practices.
  8. 2–3 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
  9. Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
  10. Proficiency in Zoom/Microsoft Teams and experience with LMS/e-learning tools.
