Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assess training needs and develop customized training programs for employees at all levels.
2. Deliver interactive e-learning sessions on technical, soft skills, and compliance topics.
3. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics and make improvements as needed.
4. Collaborate with department heads to align training content with organizational objectives and skill gaps for internal training.
5. Conduct engaging training sessions for international and domestic partners, as well as employees, to enhance their understanding of Motadata’s product features and functionalities.
6. Create easy-to-understand training materials, including presentations and e-learning content.
7. Assist in developing certification programs and assessments for trainees.
8. Continuously improve training delivery methods based on audience feedback and best practices.
9. Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading and organizing training content, tracking learner progress, generating reports, managing user access, and ensuring the platform is up-to-date and user-friendly.
