Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support the Project Manager in project planning, tracking progress, and timely issue resolution.
2. Coordinate with implementation managers and teams to understand client requirements and follow up on deliverables.
3. Communicate with US-based clients regarding tasks, issues, timelines, and solutions.
4. Manage tickets, MOMs, documentation, change requests, and schedule meetings.
5. Track, test, and report on issue/ticket status to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent verbal & written communication.
