Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end customer-facing SaaS projects with structured planning and on-time delivery.
• Act as primary contact for US clients (Pacific Time overlap required), handling updates and escalations.
• Create clear project plans covering scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track KPIs, provide dashboards, and report project status to leadership.
• Must-Have: 5–7 years of SaaS project management experience with Agile/Scrum expertise and PMP/Agile certification.
