Roles & Responsibilities -
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency or IT services environment (agency background is mandatory).
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, from requirement gathering to post-delivery review.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with clients across different time zones.
- Proficiency in PM tools like Basecamp, Zoho, Jira, or Asana.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, APIs, UX/UI principles, and responsive design is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward achieving shared goals.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
