Roles & Responsibilities -

4–6 years of experience in project management within a digital agency or IT services environment (agency background mandatory).

Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-project review.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent preferred).

Proven organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience managing international clients across various time zones.

Proficiency in Basecamp and Zoho Projects (mandatory)

familiarity with Jira or Asana is an advantage.

Hands-on experience managing WordPress and .NET-based projects.

Working knowledge of CMS platforms, APIs, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred (not mandatory).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management abilities.
