Job Overview:

We're hiring a skilled Project Manager with hands-on Odoo ERP experience to lead end-to-end ERP project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional expertise and a proven track record in managing full-cycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full project lifecycle from planning to go-live.
2. Translate business needs into standard Odoo solutions.
3. Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and cross-team coordination.
4. Track timelines, risks, and status reports; ensure successful delivery.
5. Lead user training, system setup, integrations, and documentation.
6. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
7. Resolve conflicts and align teams for smooth implementation.

Requirements:

1. 3–4 years of recent Odoo experience (mandatory).
2. At least 3 full-cycle ERP implementations.
3. Strong functional knowledge in SCM, Procurement, CRM, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
5. Willingness to travel across GCC when required.
