Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage the full project lifecycle for successful executive delivery.

Must have 3-4 years of recent Odoo ERP experience.

• Strong project resource management and technical background are essential.
• The map user needs to standardize Odoo functionalities.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional Odoo experts and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews).
• Identify, analyze, and recommend business system solutions with broad impact.
• Establish project plans, metrics, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate Odoo project risks. Provide project leadership and feedback.
• Present executive summaries and status updates to senior management.
• Assist with end-to-end Odoo deployment: business process configuration, documentation, UI configuration, external integration (if needed), user/supplier setup, and team training.
• Manage conflicts for effective implementation.
• Identify and mitigate ERP project risks. Provide project leadership and feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Expert functional knowledge of SCM, logistics, procurement, inventory, CRM, sales, manufacturing, and accounting.
• Ability to learn, utilize, and train on system features.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Strong Techno-Functional Skills with 4+ years of Odoo ERP experience.
• Successful full lifecycle ERP implementation experience (minimum 3).
• Excellent team player, meticulous, self-motivated.
• Flexible to work as needed and handle stress.
• Thorough understanding of Risk Management.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC if required.
