Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Analyst Lead – WordPress to oversee and strengthen quality assurance processes across web development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading QA teams, conducting detailed manual testing, improving QA processes, and leveraging automation and AI-driven testing tools. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround projects without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage QA operations across WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, and GoHighLevel CRM projects
• Perform manual testing for website builds, custom functionalities, eCommerce flows, and integrations
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
• Conduct functional, UI/UX, responsive, and cross-browser testing
• Oversee quality checks for migrations, updates, validations, and website audits
• Develop scalable QA processes and SOPs
• Identify automation opportunities using Playwright, Selenium, or Katalon
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as Percy and Applitools
• Track and manage defects using JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or TestRail
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote a quality-first culture
Must-Have Qualifications
• 5+ years of web-based QA experience (WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce)
• Experience testing WordPress sites with ACF, Elementor/WPBakery, custom themes, plugins
• Strong understanding of Shopify store backend workflows
• Hands-on experience with website audits and responsive testing
• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams
• Ability to handle quick turnaround projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM testing is a plus
Preferred Skills & Tools
• Experience with AI-driven testing tools like Percy, Applitools, Testim.io
• Automation knowledge using Playwright, Katalon, Cypress, or Selenium
• Basic scripting ability (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Lighthouse
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD QA workflows
