QA manual Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and technical specifications.
2. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
3. Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand system requirements and provide QA input.
5. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
6. Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including test reports, QA dashboards, and quality metrics.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for testing and quality control.

Required Skills:

1. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
2. Proficiency in writing SQL queries to validate data and in back-end testing.
3. Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman and REST Assured.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
