Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to take ownership of our quality assurance function. The role requires strong experience in an agency environment, with the ability to manage QA for both .NET and WordPress projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project setup, lead and mentor the QA team, and ensure seamless, high-quality product delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive the QA process end-to-end, from planning through release.
2. Collaborate with Project Managers and Development teams to enforce quality standards.
3. Design, execute, and manage manual and automated test cases for .NET and WordPress projects.
4. Oversee deployment workflows in multi-client environments.
5. Mentor and guide junior QA team members to strengthen overall team expertise.
6. Introduce process improvements and implement QA best practices.
7. Utilize automation frameworks to optimize testing efforts.
8. Apply CI/CD practices to embed quality checks into deployment pipelines.
9. Maintain detailed documentation for test plans, cases, and results.
10. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.
11. Leverage Zoho tools (or similar platforms) for project tracking and collaboration.

Preferred Tools & Technologies

1. JMeter – Hands-on experience in performance and load testing.
2. Postman – Strong expertise in API testing workflows.
3. Zoho Projects / Jira / Asana – Familiarity with project and issue tracking tools.
4. Selenium – Proficiency in automation testing with real-world case application.
