QA Test engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a Quality Focus Area and all the features and needs in it.
• Establish and evolve formal Quality processes, ensuring that the team is using industry accepted best practices
• Engage in discussions with cross-functional teams in coming up with better Quality solutions at an organizational level
• Create and maintain Quality documentation
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) as per client requirements
• Log, track, and close defects throughout the software development process
• Lead automation project by himself/herself
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and Framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress etc.)
• Continuously improve test automation strategies and contribute to process improvements within the QA team.
• Stay updated with new testing technologies and best practices to enhance the automation framework

Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience (Preferred: Testing experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications).
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of testing methodologies (manual and automated).
• Familiarity with web-based application testing using tools like Selenium or similar.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automation scripting.
• Understanding of SQL and ability to write basic queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with basic reporting and analytics tools such as Excel.
