Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create, maintain, and execute test strategies, test cases, and test plans for functional and non functional testing.
2. Handle production issue debugging and provide support during critical releases and deployments.
3. Ensure quality standards through detailed bug reporting, test documentation, and defect tracking.
4. Actively collaborate across teams including Development, DevOps, and Product Management.
5. Open to onsite travel for handling customer issues or deployment support.
6. Proficiency in networking concepts and fundamentals (must-have).
7. Hands-on experience in performance testing to simulate high-load scenarios and analyze system behavior under stress.
8. Skilled in API performance validation ensuring efficient request handling and response times.
9. Integrated Selenium scripts forload testing, enhancing test coverage in performance benchmarks.
10. Designed and executed performance test plans, including load, stress, and endurance testing strategies aligned with business goals.
11. Analysed performance test results to identify bottlenecks and provided actionable insights to Development and DevOps teams.
12. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define performance benchmarks and acceptance criteria.
13. Monitored application behaviour in staging and production environments using real-time logs and performance metrics.
14. Contributed to capacity planning by providing data-driven insights derived from performance testing results.
