Key Responsibilities

• • Own and resolve recurring production and UAT bugs, issues, and incidents with proper RCA and timely closure
  • Design, develop, and enhance front-end components, screens, and user journeys using ReactJS and JavaScript
  • Guide and mentor the existing UI team through regular code reviews and enforcement of React and JavaScript best practices
  • Lead refactoring initiatives to improve code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance of existing modules
  • Conduct internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions on ReactJS, front-end standards, and reusable component patterns
  • Define, document, and maintain front-end development and Git workflows including branching strategy, PR guidelines, code review checklists, and release notes
  • Improve UI/UX, performance, and security of customer-facing and internal banking applications
  • Apply strong Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) concepts to design efficient client-side logic, optimize data-heavy screens, and enhance application responsiveness

Required Skills

• • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
  • Experience in handling production and UAT issues with ownership mindset
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and reusable components
  • Experience in mentoring teams and conducting code reviews
  • Good knowledge of Git workflows and release processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with DSA applied to client-side development
