Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex UI using ReactJS, Hooks, and functional components
• Architect and manage application state using Redux / Redux Toolkit
• Lead frontend development and provide technical guidance
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Improve application performance and user experience
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Review code and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with UX, product, and backend teams

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS
• Deep knowledge of Redux / Redux Toolkit
• Expert-level understanding of React Hooks
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in API integration (REST / JSON)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD
