Desired Profile:
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of work experience in Travel Industry
- Should have exposure of handling Sales in Western part of India
- Should have knowledge of Outbound travel industry
- Should have relevant experience of team handling from West India.
Job Description:
- Build company brand and product positioning in West – India.
- Ensure maximum Revenue from Territory and Exploring More Territories for Business
- Generate Sales/Revenue as per targets through Travel Agents
- Promoting the Products to Travel Agents.
- Provide Quality Training and Prompt Services to Travel Agents
- Coordination with Operation Team to ensure the smooth operations if any queries/issues faced by Travel Agents
- Having the Knowledge about the Market Trends and Competitors Analysis
- Building Rapport and constant being in touch with Travel Agents to drive Sales
- Retention of Travel Agents
- Coordinating and Follow up for the Payments with Travel Agents
- Adding New and Retaining the Old Travel Agents as per targets given
- Participating in Different Road / Trade Shows
- Preparing Various reports as per company Policy
- Hotel Contracting
- Set Target for Sales Team Ensure they Achieve their Targets
- Preparing Weekly Sales Report for the Team, client acquisition a client retention
