Desired Profile:

1. Minimum 8 to 12 years of work experience in Travel Industry
2. Should have exposure of handling Sales in Western part of India
3. Should have knowledge of Outbound travel industry
4. Should have relevant experience of team handling from West India.

Job Description:

1. Build company brand and product positioning in West – India.
2. Ensure maximum Revenue from Territory and Exploring More Territories for Business
3. Generate Sales/Revenue as per targets through Travel Agents
4. Promoting the Products to Travel Agents.
5. Provide Quality Training and Prompt Services to Travel Agents
6. Coordination with Operation Team to ensure the smooth operations if any queries/issues faced by Travel Agents
7. Having the Knowledge about the Market Trends and Competitors Analysis
8. Building Rapport and constant being in touch with Travel Agents to drive Sales
9. Retention of Travel Agents
10. Coordinating and Follow up for the Payments with Travel Agents
11. Adding New and Retaining the Old Travel Agents as per targets given
12. Participating in Different Road / Trade Shows
13. Preparing Various reports as per company Policy
14. Hotel Contracting
15. Set Target for Sales Team Ensure they Achieve their Targets
16. Preparing Weekly Sales Report for the Team, client acquisition a client retention
