Roles & Responsibilities -

Mandatory Experience: 1+ year in Data Cloud & Agentforce AI implementation

Agentforce (Salesforce AI):

• Designing and deploying AI Agents using Agentforce

• Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and Intent Recognition

• Integration of Agentforce with CRM workflows and external APIs

• Knowledge of Einstein Trust Layer (security, governance, compliance for AI)

• Monitoring, fine-tuning, and improving AI Agent performance

• Creating Agent Actions Salesforce

Data Cloud:

• Data modeling and harmonization in Data Cloud

• Identity resolution and unification of customer profiles

• Data ingestion from multiple sources (batch and streaming)

• Segmentation, activation, and audience building

• Real-time personalization and activation into Salesforce channels

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA)

• SQL and Query Builder for advanced data transformations

• Familiarity with Data Stream, Data Lake Objects, and Data Model Objects

• Knowledge of Search Index and Retrievers
