Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions.
- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and design optimized SAP solutions.
- Provide expertise in FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (AA).
- Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external consultants for seamless process execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and leverage new SAP innovations for process optimization.
- Participate in testing, training, and change management for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP R2R issues to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
- Stay current on SAP S/4HANA trends and recommend best practices for finance transformation.
- Must-have skills: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field, 4–6 years of SAP functional experience with strong S/4HANA R2R expertise, full-cycle implementation experience, understanding of integration with OTC and P2P modules, excellent analytical and communication skills. SAP S/4HANA certification and Private Cloud experience are preferred.
