Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and compliance
• Manage TDS calculations, returns, and compliance
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (CPA Preferred)
• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
