Senior AI Engineer

About Role: We are hiring for a Senior AI Engineer role with strong expertise in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG systems, and Voice AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced RAG systems with hybrid search and vector databases
• Build conversational AI agents with multi-turn dialogue and context management
• Develop production-grade voicebots with STT/TTS integration
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using prompt engineering and retrieval strategies
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms

Required Skills:

• Strong Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow experience
• Hands-on expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
• Experience with Pinecone, Azure Vector Store, Redis
• Voice AI tools: Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Whisper, Azure Speech
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and MLOps practices

Preferred:

Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere APIs, open-source LLMs (Llama/Mistral), FastAPI, MLflow, LangSmith, and real-time AI streaming architectures.
