As the AI Engineer at Revspot, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling the AI agents for our platform. You will work on building AI agents to qualify leads, make voice calls, schedule meetings, doing market research, competitor analysis and more. The AI agents will be in the domain of Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Architect Agents for various use cases
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the agents.
• Setup streamline processes to train and setup Agents
• Build integrations and tools required for agents either via MCP servers or from scratch.
• Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to define UX for the agents.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and drive them to completion.
• Contribute to the overall technology strategy and vision of the company.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Some experience in past to build LLM based applications (or preferably agents)
• Experience with LLMs and Voice models.
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in building scalable applications.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
