Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for products.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that clearly outlines business processes and system designs.
- Create wireframes and mockups for application user interfaces, as needed.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure platform capabilities meet business needs.
- Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
- Develop detailed artifacts, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and integration specifications
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, compliant, and seamless customer experiences
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and presales/marketing teams, to ensure project success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Business Analysis methodologies
- Strong experience in custom application development, software design, and solution architecture
- Proficiency with wireframing and mockup tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar platforms
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
