Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for products.
• Develop comprehensive documentation that clearly outlines business processes and system designs.
• Create wireframes and mockups for application user interfaces, as needed.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure platform capabilities meet business needs.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
• Develop detailed artifacts, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and integration specifications
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, compliant, and seamless customer experiences
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and presales/marketing teams, to ensure project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Business Analysis methodologies
• Strong experience in custom application development, software design, and solution architecture
• Proficiency with wireframing and mockup tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar platforms
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
