About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer (.NET) who can lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications using .NET Core, modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular, and Microsoft Azure services.

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Lead design & development of full stack applications using .NET Core and React/Angular
- Build high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices
- Implement scalable backend services & high-quality frontend interfaces
- Oversee seamless integration between frontend and backend components
Architecture & Design
- Drive solution architecture and system design discussions
- Promote modern architectural approaches: microservices, DDD, event-driven patterns
- Ensure adherence to enterprise-grade design principles (SOLID, DRY, etc.)
Cloud & Azure Engineering
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Functions & Storage
- Implement authentication using Azure AD and modern identity protocols
- Monitor performance using App Insights, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor
- Support cloud cost optimisation through tuning and efficient service usage
DevOps & Quality
- Oversee unit, integration, and performance testing strategies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline enhancements (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Ensure best practices in security, infrastructure-as-code, and code maintainability
Leadership & Agile Delivery
- Mentor junior & mid-level developers through reviews and pairing
- Act as a technical lead in Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
About You — Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Deep experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core
- Advanced skills in React/Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Proven integration experience with REST APIs, Azure services, messaging (Service Bus/RabbitMQ)
- Strong experience with CI/CD, Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code
- Database experience across MySQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB
Experience
- 5+ years in full stack development
- Demonstrated leadership delivering enterprise-grade applications
- Experience architecting systems for scalability, high availability, and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS)
