What You'll Do
- Own frontend features end-to-end — from design to production
- Build responsive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and UX issues
- Work closely with product and design to ship pragmatically
- Mentor junior engineers and establish frontend best practices

What You Bring
- 8-10+ years of hands-on frontend engineering experience
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript
- Proven ability to build and scale production systems with millions of users
- Sharp problem-solving skills — frameworks are tools, not the point
- Clear communicator with low ego, high ownership
- Comfortable learning new patterns and operating independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js optimization and SSR patterns
- Strong opinions on component architecture and state management
- Performance optimization expertise (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
- Side projects or open-source work you're proud of
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG) standards
