Your Role


As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting and developing high‑quality user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend frameworks. You will collaborate directly with client architects and business stakeholders, guide junior developers, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and accessible applications.


In this role, you will:


  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and associated modern tooling.
  • Implement SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, API routes, and performance‑optimized web experiences in Next.js.
  • Build responsive and visually appealing UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Ensure WCAG‑compliant accessibility and high‑quality user experiences.
  • Mentor junior team members, provide architectural guidance, and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Utilize version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and best engineering practices.
  • Debug and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and stability.
  • (Good to Have) Contribute to hybrid mobile initiatives involving iOS (Swift) when required.


Your Profile


  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in frontend development.
  • Expert‑level knowledge of React.js, its ecosystem, and modern frontend patterns.
  • Strong experience with Next.js including SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, and API integration.
  • Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and component‑driven UI development.
  • Strong experience in Tailwind CSS for rapid and scalable UI development.
  • Proven experience in building WCAG-compliant accessible applications.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and confidence in engaging with client architects and stakeholders.
  • (Optional) Experience with iOS/Swift in hybrid app development environments.
