Role Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 7–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources to manage and support end-to-end HR functions. The role requires expertise in employee lifecycle management, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, HR policies, and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

· Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.

· Ensure smooth HR operations, documentation, and employee records management.

· Maintain HR databases, employee files, and HRIS systems with accuracy.

· Develop and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

· Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

· Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness activities.

· Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in a professional manner.

3. Performance Management

· Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.

· Support managers in setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

· Monitor employee performance trends and provide insights into leadership.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

· Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

· Handle HR audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting.

5. Compensation & Benefits

· Manage salary benchmarking, compensation structure, and benefits administration.

· Support payroll coordination with finance teams.

· Assist in designing and implementing employee benefits programs.

6. Learning & Development

· Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.

· Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.

· Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.

7. Organizational Development

· Contribute to workforce planning and organizational structuring.

· Support leadership in implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

· Participate in change management initiatives.

8. Recruitment Support (Limited Scope)

· Oversee recruitment strategy and support hiring managers when needed.

· Ensure recruitment processes follow company standards and timelines.


Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management

· Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution

· Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance

· Experience with performance management systems

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

· Experience with HRIS and HR analytics


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· 7–10 years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role

· Experience handling multiple HR functions in a corporate environment
