Job Description:

1. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Automate Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps to join our dynamic team.
2. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automated solutions that enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
3. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate.
2. Build and customize robust applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
3. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and developers to gather and understand requirements.
4. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
5. Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the Power Platform solutions.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and solution architecture.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate and Power Apps solutions.
8. Provide training and support to end users and junior developers. Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps.
3. Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and governance.
4. Proficient in building Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
5. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL databases.
6. Knowledge of Power BI and Power Virtual Agents is a plus.
7. Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
10. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
11. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
