As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the magic of stories and franchises to life through our diverse range of theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and other unique vacation experiences. You will be instrumental in developing and executing product strategies that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

In this intermediate role, you will be responsible for solving a range of problems and analyzing possible solutions with moderate guidance and direction. You will provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information clearly. This role requires creativity, passion, and a customer-focused mindset to succeed.

• Develop and execute product strategies for Experiences, including theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align, frame, and deliver the strategic vision.
• Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, requirement documents, and test cases.
• Utilize guest research, focus groups, and behavioral analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure appropriate approval for new features from financial, legal, privacy, and security teams.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information clearly.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies to guide priority decisions and remove roadblocks.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze possible solutions.
• Ability to work independently and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Experience in translating product concepts into user stories, epics, and requirement documents.
• Proficiency in utilizing guest research and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of experience in product management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the travel, retail, or consumer industry.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
