Role - QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, a solid understanding of QA methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
• Create detailed and well-structured test plans, test strategies, and test cases
• Perform end-to-end testing to ensure product quality across the lifecycle
• Execute regression testing and actively participate in release cycles
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts/frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
• Participate in code reviews and improve automation best practices
• Implement and oversee QA processes and testing procedures
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• Hands-on experience in test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Appium
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and XP practices (TDD, CI/CD)
• Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, GitHub, and Confluence
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
