Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI features in ServiceNow, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and NLU.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM with AI-driven enhancements.
- Integrate external AI platforms or LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) into ServiceNow for advanced use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI automation and efficiency improvements.
- Set up and fine-tune Now Assist and related LLM-powered capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain Virtual Agent topics and decision trees using Flow Designer and topic blocks.
- Implement and train predictive models using ServiceNow's Predictive Intelligence.
- Create, manage, and test custom ML solutions within ServiceNow Studio or via APIs.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, test coverage, and governance of AI models and features.
- Stay updated with latest ServiceNow and AI trends, releases, and best practices
