Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Own and lead end-to-end delivery of global security services (SaaS & MSS) with SLA accountability.
2. Manage large enterprise customers, client engagements, escalations, and value creation.
3. Must-Have Skills: Strong security domain knowledge, service delivery leadership, SLA & P&L management.
4. Lead and develop multi-level teams, set S.M.A.R.T. goals, performance reviews, and retention strategies.
5. Drive processes, tools, automation, reporting, and work closely with CEO on service strategy and growth.
