About Us

We are a jewellery manufacturing factory focused on quality craftsmanship and modern design. We are looking to strengthen our online presence and are hiring a motivated Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital platforms.

Role Overview

This is an entry-level, full-time position for someone passionate about social media, visual content, and branding. The role involves managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content and Jewellery illustrations that are visually appealing and eye catching, and improving our online visibility and presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our social media accounts
• Plan, create, and publish regular posts, reels, and stories
• Design social media creatives using graphic design tools that work for you.
• Create visually appealing illustrations and posts highlighting jewellery products, features, and brand identity
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic copy aligned with the brand tone
• Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms
• Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and growth
• Coordinate with the internal team for product images, launches, and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have real experience and skills instead)
• Intermediate and above knowledge of graphic designing tools like Canva and Adobe.
• Understanding of social media platforms and current trends
• Good speaking and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and refine strategies for improvement
• Ability to work independently and manage daily posting schedules

Eligibility & Work Details

• Entry-level position (freshers are welcome)
• Must be based in Noida or able to commute daily to Phase-II, Noida – 201305
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• Salary will be decided based on experience, skills, and performance.
