About the Role

Growthzee is looking for a performance-driven Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize content strategies across digital platforms. This role focuses on building brand presence, increasing engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute content strategy and content calendars
• Coordinate with design and content teams for execution
• Analyze performance metrics and improve engagement
• Identify trends and implement creative content ideas
• Support campaign planning and brand growth strategies

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of content planning, reels, and trends
• Knowledge of engagement strategies and audience behavior
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Compensation

₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on skills and performance)

• Performance-based incentives

Work Details

• Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
