Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Jaipur or Delhi. The Social Media Manager will manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms, craft engaging and compelling content, implement social media optimization (SMO) techniques, and develop data-driven content strategies. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and brand voice to effectively engage the target audience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear and compelling messaging
• Expertise in Content Strategy to plan, create, and oversee consistent, brand-aligned content
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
• Creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience in managing social media for brands is a plus
• Minimum height requirement: 5 feet 6 inches (5'6") only fm
