Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
• Manage, grow, and optimize the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, and oversee high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives — identify relevant influencers, manage collaborations, negotiate deals, and build long-term partnerships.
• Oversee content creation end-to-end — from ideation and planning to execution and publishing.
• Write compelling, creative, and brand-aligned copy for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and timely posting.
• Guide and support content shoots; being camera-friendly is an added advantage.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and introduce innovative ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Create engaging content (reels, short videos, posts, captions, stories) for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution.
• Strong creative thinking and content ideation ability.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of content creation (photos/videos) and being camera-friendly is a plus.
