About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our growing team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable software solutions. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
• Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions
• Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar)
• Experience with backend and/or frontend frameworks
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience working with REST APIs and version control systems (Git)
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
• Strong communication and documentation skills

⭐ Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, etc.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines
