What You’ll Work On

• Build and improve ML-powered matching and ranking systems for talent profiles
• Contribute to semantic scoring models and search intelligence
• Work on data pipelines, experimentation, model training, and deployment
• Clean and process structured/unstructured data from CVs, JDs, and other inputs
• Help us experiment with LLM-based intelligence components
• Contribute to end-to-end architecture, not just isolated code

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or recent grad in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Some exposure to NLP, transformers, or LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) is a big plus
• Familiarity with building and evaluating ML models in a structured manner
• Understanding of version control (Git) and basic MLOps is a bonus
• Available for a 3–6 month internship (full-time or substantial part-time)
