Role Overview
As a Software Tester Intern, you will assist the QA team in testing web applications, mobile applications, and ERP systems to ensure product quality and performance. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues, verify fixes, and help deliver high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities1. Web & Mobile App Testing
- Perform functional, usability, and regression testing for web and mobile applications.
- Validate UI/UX flows, responsiveness, and user journeys.
- Raise bugs and track issues using internal tools.
2. ERP Testing
- Test ERP modules such as HR, Finance, Inventory, Sales, CRM, etc.
- Verify workflows, reports, and data consistency.
- Identify functional gaps and report system-level issues.
3. Test Documentation
- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Maintain clear documentation for bugs, retests, and validation steps.
4. Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with developers to understand requirements and retest fixes.
- Support product and QA teams during releases.
- Participate in daily standups and review meetings.
5. Quality Assurance
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of assigned modules.
- Identify improvement areas in testing processes.
- Follow QA best practices under guidance of senior testers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of software testing and QA processes
- Knowledge of functional, regression, and usability testing
- Familiarity with web and mobile app functionality
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write simple test cases and bug reports
- Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, or Excel (optional but preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹5, ₹8,000.00 per month
