Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on SQL Server database administration in production environments
- Strong experience in SQL Server administration including Always On, Replication, Log Shipping, Clustering, Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning, SSRS, and TDE (Must-Have Skills)
- Expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, execution plans, SQL Profiler, and wait statistics
- Ability to handle P0/P1 incidents, production support, and escalation processes
- Experience with SQL upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and cloud implementations
- Strong skills in monitoring and resolving disk space, blocking, deadlocks, and fragmentation issues
- Excellent English communication skills for working with remote clients and stakeholders
- Ability to create and maintain operational and technical documentation
