Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on SQL Server database administration in production environments
2. Strong experience in SQL Server administration including Always On, Replication, Log Shipping, Clustering, Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning, SSRS, and TDE (Must-Have Skills)
3. Expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, execution plans, SQL Profiler, and wait statistics
4. Ability to handle P0/P1 incidents, production support, and escalation processes
5. Experience with SQL upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and cloud implementations
6. Strong skills in monitoring and resolving disk space, blocking, deadlocks, and fragmentation issues
7. Excellent English communication skills for working with remote clients and stakeholders
8. Ability to create and maintain operational and technical documentation
